The established timeframe for national shipments is between 1 and 3 working days, although it may vary depending on the availability of the requested size or color. For international orders, the timeframe is 10 working days.

RETURNS
From the receipt of your order, you have a period of 15 natural days to request an exchange or return for the items you wish.
Gift cards are non-refundable, as are products purchased with them. If the purchased products do not meet the customer’s needs, they can follow the return instructions. Once the condition of the garments is received and verified, a new code will be generated for the same amount. A partially paid order with a gift card will never be subject to a refund.

Return Instructions:
MARK THE INVOICE
Indicate on your purchase invoice the items you wish to return.
PREPARE THE PACKAGE
Place the items to be returned along with the marked invoice inside the package. REMEMBER that the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, perfectly labeled, with intact tags, and in perfect condition. COLOUR NUDE does not cover the cost of returns.

REFUND
Once the product is received in our warehouses and its condition is checked, the amount will be refunded through the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after the notification of withdrawal.

OUTLET PARTY CONDITIONS
Items from previous collections starting from €50 (very limited units).
Outlet items are not refundable for the amount paid. They can only be exchanged for a different size or model (from the same outlet collection). The model change can be made for one of equal or lesser value, with the difference reflected in a coupon to be used on Colournude.com.
The deadline to request an exchange is 9 business days from the receipt of the order. Colour Nude does not cover the costs associated with returns or exchanges.
Colour Nude reserves the right to cancel any order due to a computer or human error.

OUTLET BRIDAL CONDITIONS
Now you can have our bridal sample collection, not only in our physical stores but also on our website.
Dresses from previous collections with discounts ranging from 30% to 60% (very limited units).
Shipping period between 7 and 10 business days.
The dresses are from the store’s bridal sample, so they may have some flaws or imperfections. You can inquire about the condition of your dress before purchasing, and we will inform you of any imperfections.
Additionally, we offer an additional service of dry cleaning and dress alterations in our stores for €350. Contact our customer service for arrangements.

The size or model change must be made within 9 business days following the receipt of the order.
The customer must check the condition of the product at the time of its receipt. If, upon inspection, any defect or flaw is detected, the customer must contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order to have it registered, and Colour Nude can honor the return request. Otherwise, Colour Nude reserves the right not to process the return or exchange.
